Win a seven-night stay at Kandima Maldives with flights

Winner must be 18 years old or over.

The winner will be chosen by random from all correct entries and will be notified by email.

Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Threadneedle Media Limited, its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other associated companies.

The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.

1) The organiser is: Kandima Holdings PVT LTD (company no: C-0502/2014) whose registered office is at H.Thuniya, 8th Floor, Boduthakurufaanu Magu, Male’, Maldives, 20066.

2) The competition is open to residents worldwide over the age of 13-years old. Any participant under 18-years of age must be granted permission from a parent or guardian to enter the draw and to agree to the terms and conditions. The organiser reserves the right to ask participants to obey these regulations and to exclude any participant or winner who does not abide by these terms.

3) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4) Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the Kandima Facebook page and Kandima Instagram page. The competition will start on Monday July 31st 2017. The competition will end on Friday August 31st 2017 at 11.59pm (GMT). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The winner will be announced on Friday Sept 1st 2017.

6) The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organiser’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the organiser. The organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this competition.

7) The prize is as follows:

• Two return international flights to Kandima Maldives with Turkish Airlines
• Two return domestic flights from Male to Kandima Maldives.
• A 7-night stay in a Kandima villa of your choice - Beach Villa, Aqua Villa or Ocean Pool Villa on a Full-Board basis.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The prize is valid for 18 months from the date that the winner is announced.
The prize cannot be redeemed during the PEAK season and depends on room availability.
Bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our Reservation Krew at mykindofplace@kandima.com All extras must be settled by guests directly.
No compensation will be paid to the winner if they do not claim their “prize”

8) At the end of the competition, on Thursday 31st August 2017, the complete list of participants from Facebook and Instagram will be collected and the winner will be chosen at random.

9) The winner will be announced on Facebook and Instagram on Friday 1st September 2017. If the winner cannot be contacted or doesn’t claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

10) If the winner is a minor, the prize will be given to his/her responsible parent/guardian.

11) The organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12) By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13) The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely for Kandima Maldives and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.
