The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.

Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible for entry to The Giveaway.
The closing date for the giveaway is 31 August 2017 – any entries after this date will be null and void.
The winners will be picked at random.
Each entrant shall be entitled to make one (1) entry into The Giveaway only.
The Promotional Prize for winning The Giveaway is one (1) x £500 Destinology Voucher. Please see Destinology’s website for information relating to their terms and conditions associated with this voucher.
The Promotional Prize will be mailed out to The Giveaway winner after the winner has provided Destination St. John’s UK Office with a valid mailing address and proof of identity .
Destination St. John’s UK Office shall notify the winners via E-mail within twenty four (twenty four) hours of The Giveaway ending. The winner shall receive the
Promotional Prize within fourteen (14) days of Destination St. John’s UK Office being in receipt of the details of the winners.
Notwithstanding Section 6 above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the giveaway winner fails to respond, within seven (7) days, to the E-mail notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to the prize and Destination St. John’s UK Office shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
Destination St. John’s UK Office decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of The Giveaway items and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
