The festival

Electric Daisy Carnival is fast becoming one of the biggest dance festival brands in the world (Festival Baby's official speculation spreadsheet 2015), and its Las Vegas iteration is one of its best.

The reason for this is that it's in Las Vegas, which is obviously a mental place to be, no matter what you plan on doing. The EDC (little abbreviation for you there) has A LOT of effort put into the experience across the whole festival - it's looks the donkey's bollocks. Emphasis is firmly on the 'carnival' aspect of the whole thing, and it's as colourful as that thing that came out of you mouth last Saturday night and landed on the curb.

EDC also consistently bag the biggest names in dance music to throw tunes down from the decks and into your actual ears. 

Our tip

Get down to Vegas a few days early because many of the acts arrive before the festival and play sets on the strip - if you see them first, it'll help with set clashes when the festival comes around.
