The basics

Classic rock in Maidstone

The festival

Do you have one of those relatives that rambles on and on and on and never stops talking? Well, that's not good. But rambling, or ramblin', can also mean walking, and walking is good. Really good. Ramblin' Man Fair is even better because it involves music, and only a bit of walking. All types of rock are represented, except Kurdish Math Rock because it's terrible. Don't shoot the messenger!

With classic rock and blues acts coming to Mote Park in Maidstone, which is just a stone's throw away from London, it's the perfect way to see some of the acts that made rock what it is today. Except for Kurdish Math Rock. They can't be blamed for that. One, two, three, throw those stones!

Our tip

If you join the Founders Club (for a fee) you can be a Ramblin' Founder for life. You'll be a sort of Michael (or Emily) Eavis of prog and classic rock.
