The basics

Some of the biggest names in Rock descend on Lisbon like an angry salmon

The festival

What rhymes with Rock? Lock. Stock. Two smoking barrels? No. Cock. Block. Oh, and Bock. Which one of those makes a good name for a festival? Bock, obviously. The German beer brand have taken matters into their own hands and created a festival in Portugal. Cheers lads. A wünderkast of international and local talent makes up what promises to be something pretty special at the Meo Arena in the Portuguese capital. If Kid Rock and the Boca Juniors football team had a baby, what would it be called? That's right, SuperBoc(k) SuperRock. Aaahhhhh, yeah!

Our tip

If you drink lots of Bock, people will fall in love with you. No, seriously, just be yourself and they'll like you.

You're what? Oh? You're one of those? Ohhhh, we see. Okay, don't be yourself in that case.
