The basics

If you like the dance music a little quicker than the industry standard, then Westfest is for you. Why? Because there's a tonne of happy hardcore and drum and bass ready to shake your brain into mush.

The festival

There's not much love for happy hardcore in the UK nowadays, but luckily for the die-hard, pump-hard, rave-hard fans out there, there's still huge festivals like Westfest to provide the madness. Showcasing the genre's biggest names, it's sure to be a night to be reckoned with. But it's not just hardcore, there's also a massive drum and bass, hardstyle, techno and garage showing for those that can't hack a whole night of lightning-fast pounding.

This is the biggest indor gathering of rave-heads in the UK, so be prepared to smash it up with 10,000 other mentalists during what will surely be one of the craziest nights of your life...

Our tip

Don't wear a jumper and/or parka paired with Ugg Boots - this joint will get HOT.
