Winner must be 18 years old or over.

The winner will be chosen by random from all correct entries and will be notified by email.

Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Threadneedle Media Limited, its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other associated companies.

The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.

This holiday competition, courtesy of the ‘company’, Luxury Destinations, is open to people aged 18 or over only.

Any entries from employees or family members of employees of Luxury Destinations, Square Up Media or any companies directly connected with the administration of this promotion, will be disqualified.

In order to be valid for the prize, the participant must answer the competition question correctly, as well as entering their name, e-mail address and date of birth.

One winner will be chosen and announced on 3rd July 2014.

The prize is a five-night holiday (Bed and Breakfast Basis) including direct flights from London Heathrow, for two people to a five-star hotel in Abu Dhabi. The winner must travel by 1st November 2014. Peak holiday blackout dates are applicable. The winner can extend the holiday or upgrade the flights at his or her own expense.

The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value, be used in conjunction with any other offer or has any cancellation value once booked.

The winner must have a passport valid for travel (valid for 6 months before travel date).

By entering the competition, the winner consent to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.

By entering the Competition, participants agree to: i. the terms and conditions of the competition; ii. the terms of our privacy policy; iii. being contacted by Luxury Destinations for marketing purposes; and letting their email addresses and data being used by Luxury Destinations, its parent company CJ Travels Ltd. and any of its partners, for email marketing purposes including receiving exclusive holiday offers and newsletters.

The prize winners will be notified by e-mail by Luxury Destinations and must respond accepting the Prize at the time of the call receiving notification of having won the Prize. In the event of non-acceptance, no answer or failure to accept within the specified period or for the dates available, Luxury Destinations reserves the right to reallocate the Prize awarded to another entry (and the same acceptance criteria as provided under this condition, will apply). 

Luxury Destinations does not accept any responsibility or liability under or in connection with this competition (including without limitation as a result of technical fault, computer or electronic malfunction, or incomplete, illegible, lost or fraudulent entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.)

Luxury Destinations reserves the right to cancel or modify this competition at anytime at its sole discretion.

Luxury Destinations reserves the right to change the Prize and these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
